Defines a simple cub component, but differs by internal usage from FMX TCylinder.

Remarks

The Gorilla3D cylinder enables static buffering of vertices and indices. This allows also large number of vertices of cylinders.

This component uses by default static buffering to push vertices only once to GPU.
